We only accept screens that are fully functional. Both the LCD/OLED display and touch/digitiser must be working correctly. Only the outer glass may be damaged.

Screens We Accept

We accept screens where only the outer glass is cracked or damaged. The display and touch functionality must be fully working.

Cracked Glass Only

Display shows image perfectly, touch works across entire screen

Spider Web Cracks

Multiple cracks on glass, but LCD/OLED underneath is intact

Corner Damage

Glass cracked from corner impact, display still functions

Shattered But Working

Heavy glass damage, but no display or touch issues

Screens We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept screens with any LCD/OLED damage or touch functionality issues, regardless of glass condition.

Dead Pixels

Black spots or areas that don't display any image

Ink Spots / Bleeding

Dark patches or "ink" bleeding from LCD/OLED damage

Lines on Display

Horizontal or vertical lines indicating panel damage

Touch Not Working

Areas that don't respond to touch or ghost touching

Unfortunately, screens with these issues cannot be refurbished and we're unable to purchase them.
